What are temporary campaigns?
A temporary campaign will run to test the benefit of the campaign. You will get paid as long as the temporary campaign is running! Temporary campaigns can change commissions and are flexible in that they can be turned on or off from time to time. Your linking code will not be affected.
If we decide to shut down the temporary campaign, you will get a note in your control panel telling you so.

Example: If we pay 1.00 for every visitor who signs up for the pay per click and we deem that barely anyone is purchasing credits signup, then it is not in our best interest to run this campaign because we don’t make money from these signups. We may also decrease or increase your commission.

How long do your cookies track?
Our cookies expire after three months. So if a visitor comes through your link and then 8 weeks later purchases, you will get commission. The first person to send the same visitor to our site would get the credit for the sale.

You mention Spam is not tolerated. What do you consider Spam?
We of course would like visitors, purchases, and opt-ins to our site. If in doubt follow the CAN-SPAM Act.

How can I hide my affiliate link?
You will notice that your affiliate link was written so that it’s hard to determine that it’s an affiliate link! Meaning, you will not need to hide it.

If you still want to cloak the link: We have tried various programs that hide or cloak an affiliate link. They don’t work with our program because they conflict with our scripts.

How can I be successful?
Articles: If you have an article submitter and are good at writing articles, this should produce a healthy amount of traffic and commission for you.

E-mail Lists: If used or marketed correctly (and lawfully!) and e-mail list is a great way to produce results.

Banner Impressions: You can rotate our banner on other sites by the impression or exchange

Traffic Exchange Sites (Like TrafficSwarm): We are not big fans of traffic exchange sites for most types of businesses, however traffic exchange sites cater to webmasters. Our paid demographic is webmasters so traffic exchange sites have the perfect demographic. Furthermore, these webmasters are trying to promote their site, and that’s what Bulls Eye offers webmasters.

A link to your site: Of course you can put our literature right on your site. If you make it look natural you will get the best results. Our research over the past 5 years has shown that a whole page produces much more traffic and sales than just a text link or banner (unless it is located in an article or blog). If your site caters to webmasters you have the targeted demographic and success will be yours.
